The first step is making the decision. That step should never be underestimated. By that I mean getting very clear in your mind and stating emphatically that you are going to change "xyz." The next step is giving a good practical look at where you are and assessing exactly where you stand at the time-where your energy goes, what is working for you and against you etc so you can plan a first next step.

Hi Teri Rose

Thanks again for all your stuff!

I was wondering if at all possible if you can post something more about what one can do when you find yourself in a situation with others whether in a relationship, work situation especially team efforts where the other or others negative energy are so overpowering that it becomes completely draining and you feel you cannot change this energy around. How can one go about it to turn it around? I have read your real life story about your experience at work with a male colleague and your bosses reaction which would be an example. How about for example family business relationships or parent/child/ren relationships eg sibling rivalry?

Liked seeing your blog posts and found it very interesting. You refer to slamming your fist down on the table and making a change in your life...what was your first step in making the changes?
