Dan I feel exactly like you do when you said you find it hard to work bc of the way the truth seems to be. I have grown up Catholic and Christian.. I do not believe any religon is wrong or right.. But all my beliefs from my heart seem to match those of the NDEs and I feel at peace with what I feel in my heart.

The first step is making the decision. That step should never be underestimated. By that I mean getting very clear in your mind and stating emphatically that you are going to change "xyz." The next step is giving a good practical look at where you are and assessing exactly where you stand at the time-where your energy goes, what is working for you and against you etc so you can plan a first next step.

Hi Teri Rose

Thanks again for all your stuff!

I was wondering if at all possible if you can post something more about what one can do when you find yourself in a situation with others whether in a relationship, work situation especially team efforts where the other or others negative energy are so overpowering that it becomes completely draining and you feel you cannot change this energy around. How can one go about it to turn it around? I have read your real life story about your experience at work with a male colleague and your bosses reaction which would be an example. How about for example family business relationships or parent/child/ren relationships eg sibling rivalry?

I wanted to know if you have read "Derek HaShem" (Way of God)? I have read this book which a Rabbi took the tanak and the talmid and put it in a systematic building blocks that make up the Jewish belief system. I am a Christian and since reading this book I have found I need to back up a bit to get a broader picture of God and His Kingdom. I like that you have not subscribed to any one belief system and think if you were to examine your experience to this book if you would find they cooralate. I really would be interested in knowing this.

Liked seeing your blog posts and found it very interesting. You refer to slamming your fist down on the table and making a change in your life...what was your first step in making the changes?
